Congratulations to the LPD and Region D Champion J. I. Burton
Lady Raider Basketball Team
who remains
undefeated and ranked Number 1 in the state in Group A
Girls Basketball!
This is the first time in any sport that a team from Burton
has been ranked #1 in the state.
The Lady Raiders defeated Riverheads on Thursday, March 11th.
They will play
in
the
state championship game at 2:00 p.m. Friday at the Siegel
Center on the campus of VCU in Richmond.
